Liz M.

Liz is a freelance writer and editor based out of Northern Virginia. She has a BA in psychology from Marymount University and an MBA from Walden University. She spent more than 20 years fundraising for health-related nonprofits, helping people use their stories to raise money for various causes, before switching gears and following her passions for theatre, music, movies, books, and all things creative. She’s done content and entertainment writing for various websites, and in addition to being a deputy editor at WMW, Liz runs her own editing firm. When she isn’t working, you’ll find her at her daughters’ softball games, finishing up her first novel, or sharing her amateur concert photography on social media. Her brand is “creating and capturing onstage moments.”
